Types of data processed and purpose of the processing


Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by the Users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment.

Data communicated by the User

These data are provided through the optional, explicit and voluntary sending to the Organization’s address by e-mail or other means. These are data such as: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as other personal data included in the communications.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Antica Stella contact addresses, private messages sent by Users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the compilation and forwarding of any forms present on the Antica Stella sites involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications. By submitting their data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information or of any other nature.

Cookies and other tracking systems

Prohibition: personal data referring to third parties may not be provided without their express authorisation.

Legal basis of the treatment


The personal data indicated on this page are processed by Antica Stella on the basis of:

  • execution of a contract
  • fulfillment of a legal obligation

The data will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller and by those in charge expressly authorized by the Data Controller.

In addition to the Data Controller, other authorized persons (administrative, commercial, system administrators) or other third parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) may have access to personal data for the provision of services provided by the company, appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

Data retention period


the data communicated by the User will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfillment of any requests and in any case not exceeding ten years.

Personal data may be communicated to all subjects, including public authorities, who have access to personal data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions.

Rights of the interested party


You can exercise the rights provided for by the Regulation towards the Data Controller at any time. Based on current legislation, you can:

  • Request access to personal data and obtain a copy of the same (art. 15);
  • If you deem it inaccurate or incomplete, request its rectification or integration (art. 16);
  • If the regulatory conditions are met, oppose the processing of your data (art. 21), request its cancellation (art. 17), or exercise the right of limitation (art. 18).
  • Propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.

The exercise of the aforementioned rights can be exercised by written communication to be sent to the contact details indicated in the Data Controller item, by pec  or registered letter with return receipt.
